Union City, IN – On December 27, 2024 the Union City Police Department Special Entry Tactical Team (SETT), in coordination with the Randolph County Emergency Response Team (ERT) and multiple law enforcement agencies, successfully executed a high-risk warrant in Spartanburg, Indiana, leading to the apprehension of 26-year-old Adam Fisher of Union City, Indiana. Fisher was wanted on a Felony Battery warrant and was taken into custody without incident.

The operation was carried out at 6649 E. 1st St., Spartanburg, Indiana. Upon his arrest, officers discovered illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia. Following the apprehension, a search warrant was executed on the residence. The search led to the seizure of over 30 firearms, along with thousands of rounds of ammunition. Initial investigations suggest that the firearms and ammunition may have been stolen during a burglary in Darke County, Ohio.

The investigation into Fisher’s activities is ongoing, and additional charges are expected. The Union City Police Department thanks the public for their continued support and cooperation.
