Indiana/Ohio Chronic Pain Support Group Meeting: Friday May 23 from 6:00-7:00pm at Community Fellowship Church, 1051 N. Jackson Pike, Union City, Indiana. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Ansonia High School Alumni Banquet: Saturday May 24 at 5:30pm with a dance to follow at the Ansonia American Legion from 9:00-12:00pm. Invitations available at Greenville National Bank Ansonia Branch.

Greenville VFW Darke County Public Dance: Saturday May 24 at the hall located at 219 North Ohio Street, Greenville with doors opening at 6:00pm, dance is 8:00-11:00pm. Cover charge is $9. Band will be Back Stage Pass. Must be 21 years old.

Stelvideo Christian Church Annual Memorial Day Service: Sunday May 25 at 1:00pm in the Stelvideo Cemetery. Guest speaker will Vietnam Veteran Dennis Dickey.

Darke County Public Employee Retirees Meeting/Luncheon: Monday June 2 at the Greenville Moose Lodge at 11:30am. Lunch is $11 payable at the door. Guest speakers will be Denise Palivec and Carol Hosbrock-Cole of Darke County Seniors. Please RSVP to Vivian at 937-548-3961 by Sunday May 25.

Free Legal Clinic: Wednesday May 28 at Darke County Resource Center, 331 South Broadway, Greenville from 12:30-3:30pm. The Ohio Justice Bus, a mobile legal aid office will be there providing  free legal advise. Pre-registration is required by calling 888-534-1432.

Celebrating Darke County Seniors: Thursday May 29 in the Greenville City Park, Shelter House #4 from 2:00-4:00pm. Free event with entertainment from Spittin’ Image and free ice cream.

 Car Wash Fundraisor: Saturday May 31 at Dave Knapp Ford, 500 Wagner Ave, Greenville from 11:00am-2:00pm. All proceeds go to the Klosterman, Buchanan and Short families to help offset the cost of their missions trip to Alaska in August.

 Brethren Retirement Memorial Butterfly Release: Saturday June 14 at BRC in Greenville at 10:00am. Orders for butterflies for the release must be done by Friday June 6. More info call Ryan at 937-547-7652.

Save Your Caps and Lids For Benches: Darke County Solid Waste District is collecting caps and lids to make benches for several locations in Darke County including the Greenville City Park. Drop off locations include right here at WTGR, Solid Waste Office, most Darke County village offices and libraries.
