We would like to inform you about upcoming maintenance activities at BASF scheduled to take place on Tuesday, September 24th. As part of these activities, there will be intermittent discharges of steam resulting in a potential steam plume in the area, as well as increased noise associated with the discharges. Please note that these activities are essential for the upkeep of our equipment to ensure the continued safe and efficient operation of our facility. The discharge does not pose any safety concerns to the general public. The maintenance work is scheduled TODAY between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the potential steam plume and noise during this period. Our team will make every effort to minimize the impact on the surrounding community. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain the highest standards of safety and performance at BASF.
