Four Eastern Indiana residents are behind bars, following an investigation by multiple police departments. Around 12:45 am Thursday, the Lynn Police Department along with Officers of the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department, the Winchester Police Department and Farmland Police Department served a Search Warrant at 408-A North Main Street in Lynn, IN, after a lengthy drug investigation. As a result of the search warrant and investigation, the following individuals were arrested and incarcerated at the Randolph County Jail on the following charges:
63-year-old Toby D. Lakes of Lynn, IN
Dealing in Methamphetamine– Level 4 Felony
Possession of Methamphetamine– Level 5 Felony
Maintaining a Common Nuisance– Level 6 Felony
Possession of Paraphernalia– Class A Misdemeanor
54-year-old Sean E. Reece of Richmond,IN
Possession of Methamphetamine– Level 5 Felony
Trafficking with an Inmate– Level 5 Felony
Possession of Paraphernalia– Class A Misdememanor
Visiting a Common Nuisance– Class B Misdemeanor
38-year-old Victoria L. Harris of Lynn, IN
Possession of Marijuana– Class A Misdemeanor
Visiting a Common Nuisance– Class B Misdemeanor
56-year-old James M. Randall of Lynn IN
Visiting a Common Nuisance– Class B Misdemeanor
