Union City Ohio – The Union City Police Department executed a search warrant in the 100 block of South Wintergreen Street as part of an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking within the community. Several stolen fire arms, and a substantial quantity of illicit drugs were seized during the operation.
The execution of the search warrant was a collaborative effort that involved the support and assistance of the Darke County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team (SRT). They express gratitude to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office for their unwavering commitment to upholding the law and safeguarding the community.
The case remains under thorough investigation by the Union City Police Department, as we work diligently to gather all pertinent evidence. Upon completion of our investigation, they intend to submit formal charges to the Darke County Prosecutor’s Office.
