A Union City woman was seriously injured in a single vehicle crash on Monday. At 5:21 p.m. Darke County Deputies along with Greenville City Fire Department, Greenville Township Fire and Rescue and CareFlight responded to the 8000 block of State Route 49 for a one-vehicle injury crash.
Preliminary investigation revealed a gold Chevy Cruze driven by 52-year-old Jodi Davidson of Union City was traveling southbound on State Route 49 when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway colliding with a utility pole. Davidson was flown to Miami Valley Hospital for her injuries.
Darke County Sheriff’s Office accident reconstruction also assisted with the investigation.
